RetiSpec, a Toronto, ON-based innovator in AI-driven eye diagnostics for brain health and a member of the StartUp Health Alzheimer’s Moonshot Community, raised C$13.8M ($10M USD) led by iGan Partners, with participation from Eli Lilly and Company, Topcon Healthcare, Gentex Corporation, the Alzheimer's Drug Discovery Foundation's Diagnostics Accelerator, Verge HealthTech Fund, University of Minnesota's Discovery Capital, Ontario Brain Institute, Centre for Aging + Brain Health Innovation, and private investors. <source>

Kestra Medical Technologies, a Kirkland, WA-based wearable medical device and digital healthcare company focused on cardiac patients, raised $196M led by Andera Partners, Ally Bridge Group, Longitude Capital, and Omega Funds, with participation from T. Rowe Price Investment Management, Eventide Asset Management, Gilmartin Capital, Bain Capital, and Endeavour Vision. <source>

Pearl, a West Hollywood, CA-based startup that uses AI to assist dentists in making accurate diagnoses and provide patients with a “second opinion,” raised $58M led by Left Lane Capital, with participation from Smash Capital, Alpha Partners, Craft Ventures, and Neotribe Ventures. <source>

CoachCare, a New York, NY-based provider of remote patient monitoring (RPM) and virtual care management solutions, raised $48M led by Integrity Growth Partners (IGP). <source>

Clarapath, a White Plains, NY-based medical robotics company modernizing and transforming how pathology laboratories process tissue, raised $36M led by Northwell Ventures, with participation from CU Healthcare Innovation Fund, Mayo Clinic, and Ochsner Ventures. <source>

TMRW Life Sciences, a New York, NY-based creator of an automated specimen management and storage platform for frozen human sperm, eggs, and embryos, raised $28M led by 5AM Ventures, with participation from FIOS Venture Holdings, DF Investment Partners, Transformation Capital, Life Sciences Innovation Fund, Casdin Capital, and others. <source>

Zoe, a London, UK-based microbiome-focused nutrition company, raised $15M from Coefficient Capita. <source>

deepc, a Munich, Germany-based developer of AI software for radiology access and data integration, raised $13M co-led by Sofinnova Partners and Bertelsmann Investments, with participation from KHP Ventures, SwissHealth Ventures, and Winning Mindset Ventures. <source>

Joy, an Oakland, CA-based provider of a new parenting tech platform offering 24/7 expert-led support for parents, raised $10M led by Forerunner, with participation from Magnify Ventures, David Heller, Wesley Capital, Obvious Ventures, Ogden Cap, Maywic, Rogue Venture Partners, and WTI. <source>

SoundHealth, a San Francisco, CA-based developer of an AI-enabled wearable device for treating nasal congestion, raised $7M led by Moai Capital and J4 Ventures, with participation from TeleSoft Partners, Tau Ventures, TechU Ventures, and Rhythm Venture Capital. <source>

Hive Health, a Manila, Philippines-based digital health insurance company, raised $6.5M from Gentree Fund, BEENEXT, Y Combinator, The Graduate Syndicate, Amasia, Oak Drive Ventures, and angel investors. <source>

OurRitual, a Tel Aviv, Israel-based digital relationship therapy platform, raised $5.2M led by Venrex, with participation from FJ Labs, Active Partners, GroundUp Ventures, 97212 Ventures, and angel investors. <source>

SlicedHealth, a Woodstock, GA-based provider of cloud solutions for hospitals to optimize revenue and manage compliance, raised $5M led by Arthur Ventures. <source>

RevealDx, a Seattle, WA-based startup that develops software aimed at improving the way healthcare professionals diagnose lung cancer, raised $4.25M. <source>

ShiftRX, an Austin, TX-based staffing and administrative platform for pharmacists, raised $3.5M led by Workbench, with participation from Inflect Health, Tau, and Opal Ventures. <source>

RxDiet, a New York, NY-based company focused on food as medicine, raised $3M led by Giant Ventures, with participation from Better Ventures, Form Life, and angel investors. <source>

GeoH, an Indianapolis, IN-based provider of end-to-end software solutions for home care, raised $3M led by Boomerang Ventures, with participation from VisionTech Partners, First Leaf Capital, Digital Venture Partners, and individual investors. <source>
