From cancer care to mental health, investors bet big on the future of health with diverse funding rounds across the industry.

This week’s reported health innovation funding included:

Headway, a mental health startup that connects people with therapists, raised about $100M led by Spark Capital. <source>

Thyme Care, a Nashville, TN-headquartered value-based cancer care enabler, raised $95M comprised of $55M in equity funding from Concord Health Partners, CVS Health Ventures, Town Hall Ventures, a16z Bio + Health, AlleyCorp, Echo Health Ventures, Frist Cressey Ventures, and Foresite Capital, and $40M in debt financing from Banc of California. <source>

Huma, a London, UK-based digital healthcare company that develops apps for hospitals, clinics, and pharmaceutical industry partners, raised $80M from AstraZeneca, Hat Technology Fund 4 by HAT SGR, HV Fund by Hitachi Ventures, and Leaps by Bayer. <source>

Regard, a Los Angeles, CA-based AI-powered clinical insights platform, raised $61M led by Oak HC/FT, with participation from Cedars-Sinai Health Ventures, TenOneTen Ventures, Calibrate Ventures, and Techstars. <source>

Octagos Health, a Houston, TX-based provider of AI-driven cardiac device monitoring solutions, raised $43M led by funds managed by Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital, with participation from Mucker Capital and other strategic investors. <source>

Neuspera Medical, a San Jose, CA-based neuromodulation company, raised $23M led by Vertex Ventures HC and Treo Ventures, with participation from Action Potential Venture Capital, Windham Venture Partners, Olympus Innovation Ventures, and another strategic investor. <source>

NOWDiagnostics (NOWDx), a Springdale, AR-based developer of over-the-counter (OTC) and point-of-care (POC) diagnostic tests, raised $22.5M led by DigitalDx Ventures, with participation from Labcorp Venture Fund and Kompass Kapital Management. <source>

SamanTree Medical, a Lausanne, Switzerland-based medical technology company, raised $14M led by Relyens Innovation Santé, advised by Turenne Capital, with participation from Mutuelles Impact, Wille Finance, Noshaq, WE Life Sciences (Wallonie Entreprendre), Panakès Partners, BOM, and b2venture. <source>

Seven Starling, a Washington, DC-based virtual maternal behavioral health company, raised $10.9M led by RH Capital, with participation from Pear VC, Magnify Ventures, Emerson Collective, Expa, Zeal Capital, Ulu Ventures, Fiore Ventures, and the March of Dimes. <source>

Predicta Biosciences, a Boston, MA-based precision oncology company developing diagnostic and therapeutic products, raised $5.2M led by The Engine Ventures, with participation from Illumina Ventures, Time Boost Capital, the American Cancer Society Bright Edge, and the Oetgen family. <source>

Modicus Prime, an Austin, TX-based computer vision software provider that automates biologics image analysis, raised $3.5M led by Silverton Partners, with participation from Alumni Ventures and others. <source>

Roga, a Los Angeles, CA-based neurotech and mental healthcare startup, raised $1.2M from Exceptional Ventures, ODX by On Deck, Minded Ventures, the AngelList Fund, The Centre for Aging + Brain Health Innovation (CABHI), the Ontario Brain Institute, and angel investors. <source>
