A member of the StartUp Health Community, Grey Matter Neurosciences will use the funds to develop an ultrasound headset in clinical trials for people with Alzheimer's Disease.

Grey Matter Neurosciences, a Toronto, ON, Canada-based neurotechnology company in the StartUp Health Alzheimer’s Moonshot Community, raised $14M, which will be used to develop an ultrasound headset for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and test that device in clinical trials. The seed round of financing was led by the Wittington Innovation Fund, with participation from Toronto Innovation Acceleration Partners, Ontario Brain Institute, and Ontario's Life Sciences Innovation Fund. <source>

RadAI, a San Francisco, CA-based company that develops generative AI solutions for radiology, raised $60M led by Transformation Capital, with participation from Khosla Ventures, World Innovation Lab, UP2398, Kickstart Fund, OCV Partners, Cone Health, and others. <source>

SafelyYou, a San Francisco, CA-based company providing AI solutions focused on challenges in senior living, raised $43M led by Touring Capital, with participation from Foundation Capital, Omega Healthcare Investors, Founders Fund, Cross Creek, Samsung Next, and Qualcomm Ventures. <source>

KODE Health, a Holland, MI-based on-demand medical coding platform, raised $27M led by Noro-Moseley Partners, with participation from Mercury, FCA Venture Partners, Epsilon Innovation Fund, and 111 West Capital. <source>

Delfina Care, a San Francisco, CA-based health tech company focused on the maternal health crisis with an AI-powered care system, raised $17M led by U.S. Venture Partners (USVP). <source>

Bicycle Health, a Boston, MA-based provider of virtual opioid use disorder treatment, raised $16.5M led by Questa Capital, with participation from SignalFire, Frist Cressey Ventures, City Light Capital, InterAlpen Partners, Valeo Ventures, Hustle Fund, and JSL Health. <source>

Sound Blade Medical, a Halifax, NS, Canada-based medical device company that develops handheld ultrasound-guided histotripsy technology, raised $16.5M co-led by Amzak Health and Lumira Ventures, with participation from Invest Nova Scotia. <source>

Nucleus Genomics, a clinical-grade DNA and health tech company, raised $14M from Giant Step Capital, One Eight Capital, and angel investors. <source>

Zest Health, a New York, NY-based virtual care company focused on treating patients with inflammatory skin diseases, raised $13M from Roivant Health. <source>

C the Signs, a London, UK- and Boston, MA-based developer of an AI-driven platform to identify patients at risk of cancer at the earliest stage, raised $8M from Khosla Ventures. <source>

Waterlily, a San Francisco, CA-based health tech company that uses AI to predict long-term care needs, raised $7M led by Brewer Lane Ventures, with participation from Genworth, Nationwide, and Edward Jones Ventures. <source>

Medsender, a New York, NY-based provider of an AI-powered workflow automation platform for healthcare providers, raised $5M led by Ballast Point Ventures. <source>

Aligned Marketplace, a New York, NY-based primary care marketplace for self-insured employers, raised $3M from A* and Maverick Ventures. <source>

Diag-Nose.io, a Seattle, WA-based respiratory health company, raised $2M led by Breakthrough Victoria, with participation from Radar Ventures, a syndicate of physicians from Specialty Physician Associates (SPA), angel investors, and individual physicians. <source>
