Gymdesk, an Austin, TX-based provider of member management software for fitness and wellness businesses, raised $32M from Five Elms Capital. <source>

MD Ally Technologies, a New York, NY-based startup that integrates telemedicine tools into EMS response capabilities, raised $23.7M from undisclosed investors. <source>

Courier Health, a New York, NY-based tech company that specializes in chronic conditions and rare diseases, raised $16.5M led by Norwest Venture Partners, with participation from Work-Bench. <source>

Peerbridge Health, a New York, NY-based developer of an AI-driven ECG platform, raised $13.7M from undisclosed investors. <source>

Grayce, a San Francisco, CA-based digital platform designed to assist families in managing care for their loved ones, raised $10.4M led by Maveron, with participation from BBG Ventures, Correlation Ventures, and others. <source>

Granza Bio, a San Francisco, CA-based therapeutic delivery platform developer, raised $7M+ led by Felicis and Refactor, with participation from Y Combinator, Metaplanet, Zeno Ventures, Ritual Capital, Pioneer Fund, Oxford Angel Fund, North South Ventures, Richard Aberman, JJ Fliegelman, Eric Migicovsky, Eric Eldon, Eli Brown, Eoghan Mccabe, Benjamin Bryant, Yotam Rosenbaum, Will Olsen, and Joel Meyer. <source>

Magvation, a Las Vegas, NV-based developer of surgical safety robots and operating room software, raised $5.2M from undisclosed investors. <source>

Watch Your Health, a Mumbai, India-based startup that helps insurers and pharmaceutical companies enhance customer experience and engagement, raised $5M co-led by Cornerstone Ventures and Conquest Global. <source>

Heidelberg Epignostix, a Heidelberg, Germany-based precision cancer diagnostics startup, raised €4.3M ($4.6M) led by Carma Fund, with participation from High-Tech Gründerfonds, LBBW Venture Capital, and Start-up BW Seed Fonds. <source>

GoJoe, a London, UK-based gamified employee health and fitness app, raised £2.4M ($3.1M) led by Venrex Partners and Redrice Ventures, with participation from Amrock Ventures and Hellen’s Rock Ventures. <source>
