De­vot­ed, a tech-enabled company that of­fers Medicare Ad­van­tage plans for se­niors and pro­vides med­ical care in 13 states, has filed to ex­pand in­to sev­en new states. The new funding will help the StartUp Health company continue to deliver on its mission to improve the health and wellbeing of older Americans.

Devoted Health, a Waltham, MA-based StartUp Health company that of­fers Medicare Ad­van­tage plans for se­niors, raised an additional $112M from The Space Be­tween, Cox En­ter­pris­es, and White Road Cap­i­tal. This Series E ven­ture fund­ing will fu­el the company’s push in to sev­en new states. <source>

Openwater, a Newark, CA-based provider of a healthcare platform, raised $100M from Plum Alley Ventures, Khosla Ventures, BOLD Capital Partners, Esther Dyson, Peter Gabriel, and others. <source>

Human Longevity Inc (HLI), a San Francisco, CA-based StartUp Health company focused on longevity technology, raised $39.8M led by TVM Capital Healthcare, with participation from Panacea Venture, Emerging Technology Partners, and others. <source>

Slingshot AI, an Albany, NY-based startup specializing in mental health services, raised $30M from vAndreessen Horowitz and other investors. <source>

PreciseDx, a New York, NY-based company leveraging AI for oncology diagnostics, raised $20.7M led by Eventide Asset Management, with participation from Labcorp, Quest Diagnostics, GenHenn Capital Venture, and others. <source>

Solace, a Redwood City, CA-based provider of a digital health platform that connects people with expert healthcare advocates covered by insurance, raised $14M led by Inspired Capital, with participation from Craft Ventures, Torch Capital, Anne Wojcicki, Susan Wojcicki, RiverPark Ventures, and Coalition Operators. <source>

BeMe Health, a Miami, FL-based digital behavioral health startup, raised $12.5M led by Flare Capital and Polaris Partners, with participation from Fiore Ventures, BCBS of Kansas, and the California Health Care Foundation. <source>

CairnSurgical, a Lebanon NH-based medical technology firm striving to make breast cancer surgery more precise, raised $4.5M led by Morningside Ventures. <source>

Fibra, a Toronto, ON-based startup developing fertility tracking underwear, raised C$1.7M ($1.25M) from undisclosed investors. <source>
