Alamar Biosciences, a Fremont, CA-based member of the StartUp Health Alzheimer’s Moonshot Community, received $10M from Alzheimer's Drug Discovery Foundation (ADDF)'s Diagnostics Accelerator (DxA). This investment, the largest in DxA history, will expedite the translation of the ARGO-HT research platform into an FDA-cleared system to support the development of in vitro diagnostic (IVD) tests – the gold standard of diagnostics. <source>

Qventus, a New York, NY-based provider of AI-based care automation software for health systems, raised $105M led by KKR, with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners, Northwestern Medicine, HonorHealth, and Allina Health. <source>
Bioptimus, a Paris, France-based AI foundation model biology company supporting for medical and biotech innovation, raised $41M led by Cathay Innovation, with participation from Sofinnova Partners, Bpifrance through its Large Venture Fund, Andera Partners, Hitachi Ventures, Boom Capital Ventures, Pomifer Capital, Sunrise, and angel investors. <source>
Solera Health, a Phoenix, AZ-based tech platform for connecting people to health solutions, raised $40M co-led by Health Care Service Corporation and includes Adams Street, Cobalt Ventures, and Horizon Mutual Holdings. <source>
Clear Labs, a San Carlos, CA-based provider of next-gen sequencing (NGS) platforms for diagnostics, raised $30M led by an undisclosed strategic investor, with participation from Counterpoint Global (Morgan Stanley), Felicis, GV, HBM Genomics, Khosla Ventures, Menlo Ventures, Nimble Ventures, Redmile Group, Wing Venture Capital, and funds and accounts advised by T. Rowe Price Associates. <source>
Qualified Health, a Palo Alto, CA-based startup developing an infrastructure for generative AI in healthcare, raised $30M led by SignalFire, Healthier Capital, Town Hall Ventures, and Frist Cressey Ventures, with participation from Intermountain Ventures, Flare Capital Partners, and angel investors. <source>
Robeauté, a Paris, France-based medtech startup developing neurosurgical microrobots, raised €27.2M ($28M) led by Plural, Cherry Ventures, and Kindred Ventures, with participation from LocalGlobe, Think.Health, APEX Ventures, and Brainlab. <source>
Nema Health, a New Haven, CT-based provider of a solution for virtual trauma and PTSD care, raised $14.5M led by Deerfield Management, with participation from CVS Health Ventures, Optum Ventures, .406 Ventures, and GreyMatter. <source>
Twentyeight Health, a Brooklyn, NY-based digital-first women's healthcare platform, raised $10M led by Seae Ventures, with participation from Impact America Fund, The Social Entrepreneurs' Fund, RH Capital, Impact Engine, Gratitude Railroad, and Townhall Ventures. <source>
Prudentia Sciences, a Cambridge, MA-based AI-powered technology platform for life sciences, raised $7M led by GV, with participation from Iaso Ventures and Virtue. <source>
hc1, an Indianapolis, IN-based company transforming lab data into actionable intelligence, raised $6.25M led by Health Cloud Capital, with participation from A1 Health Ventures. <source>
First Ascent Biomedical, a Miami, FL-based company that specializes in personalized cancer treatments, raised $6M from Vidal Duart Enterprises and Techstars. <source>
Red Rover Health, a Des Moines, IA-based company allowing healthcare providers to integrate third-party solutions into their electronic health record (EHR) systems, raised $4M led by NewShore Partners. <source>
Red Sky Health, a Boston, MA-based provider of an AI-driven platform designed to optimize healthcare claims management, raised $3M led by Trevor Burgess, with participation from Charles River Data, Gleb Drobkov, and Mike Dezube. <source>
VitVio, a London, UK-based company empowering surgical efficiency, patient outcomes, and hospitals’ ROI, raised $2M led by LDV Capital, with participation from Bek Ventures, Tiny Supercomputer Investment Company, and angel investors. <source>
Kerna Laboratories, a San Francisco, CA-based AI biotech startup, raised an undisclosed amount from Gradient, Humba Ventures, Tau Ventures, Pioneer Fund, Focalpoint Partners, and angel investors. <source>
