Mammha, a StartUp Health company focused on perinatal mental healthcare, received funding from the American Heart Association Social Impact Funds. This support will enable Mammha to expand its innovative mental health services and reach parents and providers across the nation. <source>

Formation Bio,  a New York, NY-based tech-driven and AI-native pharma company, raised $372M led by a16z, with participation from Sanofi, Sequoia, Thrive, Emerson Collective, and Lachy Groom, SV Angel Growth, and FPV Ventures. <source>

Foodsmart, a San Francisco, CA-based telenutrition company and a provider of a food benefits management platform, raised $200M led by The Rise Fund. <source>

Sidecar Health, a Covina, CA-based provider of employer-sponsored major medical insurance, raised $165M led by Koch Disruptive Technologies, with participation from GreatPoint Ventures, BOND, Cathay Innovation, Drive Capital, Duke University, Menlo Ventures, and Morpheus.  <source>

EvolutionaryScale, a New York, NY-based developer of AI designed to deepen understanding of biology to benefit human health and society, raised $142M led by Nat Friedman, Daniel Gross, and Lux Capital, with participation from Amazon and NVentures. <source>

K Health, a New York, NY-based AI chatbot for patients before they speak with primary care-focused physicians, raised $50M led by Claure Group, with participation from Pablo Legorreta, Mangrove Capital Partners, Valor Equity Partners, and Atreides Management. <source>

Form Health, a Boston, MA-based provider of science-based obesity care, raised $38M led by Sound Ventures, with participation from M13, SignalFire, and Next View Ventures. <source>

Adonis, a New York, NY-based healthcare revenue cycle intelligence and automation company, raised $31M led by Point72 Private Investments, with participation from Kin Ventures, General Catalyst, Max Ventures, and Bling Capital. <source>

Sensi.AI, a Palo Alto, CA-based virtual care assistant for seniors aging at home, raised $31M co-led by Zeev Ventures and Insight Partners, with participation from Entrée Capital, Flint Capital, Jibe Ventures, and Secret Chord Ventures. <source>

Hummingbird Healthcare, a Miami, FL-based healthcare managed services company that specializes in patient access, raised $10M led by UCHealth, with participation from CU Healthcare Innovation Fund, 8VC, and Gaingels. <source>

Zuub, a Los Angeles, CA-based dental revenue cycle automation company, raised $9M led by Vertical Venture Partners, with participation from Bonfire Ventures and MTech Capital. <source>

Synthpop, a Brooklyn, NY-based AI-driven platform for healthcare workflows, raised $5.6M led by Peterson Ventures, with participation from defy.vc, Zelda Ventures, Think+ Ventures, and OVO Fund. <source>

Prescribe FIT, a Columbus, OH-based provider of remote patient monitoring technology and lifestyle health coaching solutions, raised $4.8M from Jim Grote, Tamarind Hill, Jobs Ohio Growth Capital, Dr. Keith Berend, Dr. David Dickerson, Tom DiMarco, Tom Feeney, Mike Kaufmann, Dr. Adolph Lombardi, Jr., Dr. Mark Malinowski, and Matt Scantland. <source>

Care Hires, a London, UK-based provider of a tech platform for agency workforce management in social care, raised £1.7M ($2.1M) led by West Hill Capital. <source>
